EZ Vaccinations Available for Dogs – New patients have one time $32 Facilities Set Up Fee

Early Puppy Shot (DPv)
Due at 6 weeks of age	$25.00

Adult Dog Shot (DAPPv)
Due monthly between 4 and 5 months and annually until 5 years of age, then every three years	$30.00*

Dog Rabies Shot (Required by State Law)
Due between 4-6 months of age. The first shot lasts one year. Shots are given at three year intervals after the first shot.	$25.00
Bortadella Shot(For dogs that are boarded)

Dog Heartworm Blood Test
Test is given for dogs 6-8 months or older. May 1st through August. Followed with monthly pills for prevention.	$25.00*
